1. $89 bi-weekly /$160 weekly service prices are based on locations with simple straight forward access to the hot tub. Price will vary on locations with complicated access i.e.
having to climbing more than one flight of stairs (10-13 steps), climbing over obstacles, or anything that does not constitute straight forward access to the hot tub.
2. Free diagnosis occurs only for the first 45 minutes. When a a diagnosis takes longer than 45 minutes, a diagnosis fee will be charged. Free diagnosis does not apply to leak
searches.
3. Every 12 (twelve) months equipment inspection is offered at no charge for hot tubs with simple access to the equipment. Hot tubs with complicated access i.e: hot tub in a
deck, obstruction to the access planes, will require an additional charge to perform the inspection.
4. Drain and refills are offered at $69 for customer on the weekly plan. Customers on the bi-weekly plan, a $117 to drain and refill the spa. For both weekly and bi-weekly plans,
the average spa takes 60 (forty) minutes to fill. If the hot tub takes longer than 60 minutes to fill an additional charge will be applied for every 30 minutes it takes to refill the hot
tub.
5. Coverage is limited to Burbank, CA only.

To open a spa it does require tools. Which is why a free equipment inspection is
offered to all customers in any plan to ensure when a seal leak does develop, it can
be fixed, saving you a lot of money from having to buy a new pump. (restrictions do
apply)
