3. Service Frequency & Scheduling

DB Spa Repair & Service offers recurring Weekly and Bi-Weekly spa maintenance plans depending on spa usage, property type, and service location. Weekly service consists of approximately four (4) visits per month and is recommended for spas that experience frequent usage. Bi-Weekly service consists of approximately two (2) visits per month and is intended for light residential spa usage only. Rental properties, Airbnb properties, vacation rentals, and other short-term occupancy properties are required to maintain an active Weekly Service Plan (4 visits per month). Due to the increased and unpredictable usage commonly associated with rental properties, Bi-Weekly service is not available for these locations. DB Spa Repair & Service reserves the right to require a Weekly Service Plan for any spa experiencing heavy usage, recurring water quality issues, excessive contamination, or conditions that require more frequent maintenance. Bi-weekly customers are responsible for maintaining sanitizer levels and keeping the filter clean between visits. DB Spa Repair & Service is not responsible for water quality issues resulting from heavy spa usage between scheduled visits.
