Two ways to submit service through your business account, depending on how much scheduling flexibility you need.
Standard & Urgent Service Calls
Submit a service request and DB Spa Repair & Service will schedule the appointment based on our next available service date. Urgent Service options may also be available when service is needed within 48 hours, subject to availability and location. An additional Urgent Service Call Fee applies to accepted Urgent Service requests.
Dispatch Service
For businesses that need greater scheduling flexibility, eligible accounts can use prepaid Service Credits to submit Dispatch Work Orders. Dispatch allows DB Spa Repair & Service to take advantage of earlier openings, cancellations, nearby service calls, and other scheduling opportunities without requiring a new initial service-call approval each time.
Dispatch service is subject to availability and does not guarantee same-day, next-day, emergency, or specific-date service.
Detailed Service Credit terms are provided through the Business-to-Business account and current Terms & Conditions.

We'll send an invitation to create your account. Review the current Terms & Conditions and complete your business profile.

Add Your Payment Method
A valid credit or debit card must be maintained on file. Payment for services is due upon completion of each service visit. DB Spa Repair & Service does not offer Net 15, Net 30, or similar delayed billing terms unless specifically agreed to in writing.

Submit Your Work Order
Add the applicable property or customer information and submit your service request through the DB Spa Dispatch Portal.
